No Training on Customer Content: Aething does not use your Customer Content (including source code, configurations, financial data, or prompts) to train, retrain, or improve our foundational AI models or any third-party models without your explicit, written, opt-in consent.

Zero Data Retention for AI Endpoints: When Customer Content is sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., LLM APIs) to generate responses within our Services, it is transmitted via secure, enterprise-grade APIs. We bind our sub-processors to agreements that strictly prohibit the retention or use of your data for their own model training.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may disclose aggregated, non-personally identifiable information without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  2. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA) Our Website and Services are intended for enterprise and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
