Aething Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1111B S Governors Ave #6113, Dover, DE 19904 (“Aething”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website at https://aething.com (the “Website”) and use our corporate software, AI-assisted development tools, enterprise platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, carefully distinguishing between operational data and your proprietary corporate data.
1.1. Personal Information (PII) To provide you with access to our Services, we collect information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, business email address, employer/company name, billing address, and payment details (processed securely via our third-party payment processors).
1.2. Usage Data and Telemetry As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This includes:
Details of your use of the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data.
Information about your computer, operating system, IDE versions, and internet connection, including your IP address.
Note on Telemetry: We collect anonymized operational telemetry (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve product performance. You may opt out of non-essential telemetry through your account settings.
1.3. Customer Content (Code, Infrastructure, and Models) When you use Aething’s Services, you may upload, transmit, or process proprietary data, including but not limited to source code, infrastructure configurations, logs, financial models, and AI prompts (“Customer Content”). We treat Customer Content as your highly confidential property.
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us (excluding Customer Content, which is governed by Section 3) to:
Present our Website and Services to you.
Provide you with notices about your account, subscription, and billing.
Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (e.g., Terms of Service).

- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING (CORE COMMITMENT) Because our Services utilize advanced AI technologies, we maintain strict boundaries regarding your proprietary data:
No Training on Customer Content: Aething does not use your Customer Content (including source code, configurations, financial data, or prompts) to train, retrain, or improve our foundational AI models or any third-party models without your explicit, written, opt-in consent.
Zero Data Retention for AI Endpoints: When Customer Content is sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., LLM APIs) to generate responses within our Services, it is transmitted via secure, enterprise-grade APIs. We bind our sub-processors to agreements that strictly prohibit the retention or use of your data for their own model training.
- DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may disclose aggregated, non-personally identifiable information without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
To Sub-processors and Service Providers: To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., cloud hosting via AWS/Google Cloud, payment processing via Stripe, and enterprise AI API providers). A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.
For Legal Reasons: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.
Business Transfers: To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Aething Inc.’s assets.
